Threaded rod, also known as all-thread rod or fully threaded screw, is available in metric version to DIN976 and imperial version to IFI136. The standard stock length in the industry is 1 meter. Custom lengths are available upon request. For short lengths such as 100mm, we can quickly cut the 1m stock rod to your required dimension.

Threaded rods are widely used for thread travel adjustment and motion guidance on machinery, ceiling installation in construction sites, and various furniture applications in earlier projects.

We supply threaded rods in multiple material grades:

• Grade 4.8 carbon steel: normally zinc-plated on surface.

• Grade 8.8 carbon steel: commonly finished with black oxide; zinc plating is also available as an option.

• 304 & 316 stainless steel: cleaned after machining and ready for use without extra coating.

• Brass threaded rod, which covers a broad range of application scenarios.

For construction projects requiring longer rods of 2m or 3m, these non-stock items need dedicated production. Short lengths like 100mm or other custom sizes can also be processed. To summarize: any custom length is acceptable. Lengths above 1m require new production, while lengths under 1m can be obtained by cutting standard 1m stock.

Surface finishing is another key consideration. Our standard inventory adopts black oxide finish with anti-rust oil for easy storage and rust prevention. For outdoor exposure, zinc plating is recommended to enhance corrosion resistance.
